In April 2016, my then Fiancée, Anne and I visited Iceland for the first time and spent most of our short trip in Reykjavik. Rekjavík is the capital of Iceland. We also traveled a bit outside Reykjavík and completely fell in love with Iceland, the beauty of the country, the warmth of the people and the magical atmosphere that could be felt everywhere you go.

Married in the true Viking tradition

We loved it so much we came back this month and on 16 June 2016. We decided to make an everlasting vow to love and cherish each other forever in Iceland. We came back and got married in Hléseyjarvegur in true Viking tradition. This way Iceland will forever be a part of us and who we are and hope we will always be a part of Iceland.

Sharing the marriage

From the moment we set foot on the plane in Scotland to the moment we returned home, everybody here and there made us feel extremely special. We would love to share our story with you and hope we can inspire people to visit this wonderful Island and grab every opportunity life puts in front of you. Mr. and Mrs. Dick, Elgin, Scotland.
